Return procedure

Follow the following steps to request a return:

1. Go to into-led.com and click on the top right of the page on Login.
2. Log in with your Homeylux account. Iff you have no account log in with the e-mail address with which you placed the order, enter your e-mail address here and click on forgot password. You will then automatically receive a password via email. With your email address and new password you can then log in and follow the steps below to register your return.
3. Once you are logged in, go to My Orders and view the relevant order.
4. In this order choose the option Create return.
5. Enter a return reason here and give a brief explanation of the situation.
6. After sending your return request, this request will be processed after your return has been approved you will receive by e-mail the return form and the option to purchase a shipping label, fill in the return form and place it in the return package.
   Of course it is also possible to purchase the return label from a post office.
