All of Hoftronic Smart products can be operated with the Hoftronic Smart App on your smartphone or tablet. This is about your WiFi network. To make the first connection between your lantern and the WiFi, we advise you to sit within 2 meters of your router with the lamp. Set your WiFi network to 2.4GHz, and turn off the frequency 5GHz. Then you can make the connection with the app. Please note that a standard router often cannot support more than 10 devices. This may result in a less strong WiFi signal. If this is the case for you, you can choose to contact your provider.

Is your smart garden lamp connected to the Hoftronic Smart App? Good, then you can now mount it at the desired location. Make sure that there is a strong WiFi signal at this location as well. Only then can the smart garden lanterns function optimally.
